Diazepam or valium are dragged fairly and squarely into the picture. For personal use, I can only think of the benefits of sleep that this might bring, and I say might because the sleep-inducing effect is the first effect, I am told, to wear off, once abuse begins, or once at least steady use begins. I am prescribed this drug, or have been twice now, and this was because of the failure of Propanolol. I take a little to go to sleep, or break one into two, in order to ensure that I go to sleep, and the sleep is long and dark, and takes place in the muddy and silty depths, where there are no pictures, from where my head will emerge sore and somewhat dumb.

You can however only take this to kill things above that silty sea-base. If work and relationships, or if medical conditions or family, or if sadness and anomie are hurting you, and you can't be in certain places and be with certain people woiothout being hurt, you probably don't need this or any other drug. You are going to enjoy taking the diazepam anyway. however, because you will leave us all, leave everybody else, and be no more a bother to anyone but yourself, and even then little bother at all, while the sleep-inducing comatose effects of the drug relay themselves throughout your life.

It's not the drug, it is you. And it is not you, either, but the hurt, remmember that if you are to have any positivity, it needs to come from without, and from your relations to that which is without.
